Maurice 'Morris' W. Bowen, b. 27 Feb 1832. Enlisted at Albion, Oswego County, N.Y. as a Private on 8 Aug 1862 at the age of 30. Died Company B, 110th Infantry Regiment, New York on 18 Oct 1863 at Baton Rouge, LA of disease. Buried in Baton Rouge National Cemetery Sec. 30, Plot 1935.

James Turner Seamans
- Sergeant
James Turner Seamans enlisted in the 110th N.Y. Infantry, Co. B at age 37 at Albion, Oswego, New York. He served with General Banks in the expedition to the Red River and twice to Port Hudson, La. Suffering from chronic diarrhea, James received a disability discharge on June 26, 1864 at Elmira, N.Y. He was a member of GAR Joe Gould Post, No. 145 in Phoenix, N.Y.

Merritt Woods Seamans
- 1st Lieutenant
Merritt Woods Seamans enlisted in the 110th N.Y. Infantry, Co. C on August 6, 1862 at Albion, N.Y. During his service he received several promotions: private to 2nd Lieutenant to 1st Lieutenant at New Iberria, La. During the years 1864 and 1865, Merritt was stationed at Fort Jefferson, Dry Tortugas, Florida. He was mustered out on August 28, 1865 and died in 1881 in Igo, Shasta, California.

Stephen Onley Seamans

Stephen Onley Seamans enlisted in the 110th N.Y. Infantry, Co., B on August 6, 1862. Later in his service he was transferred to Co. H. Stephen kept a diary from 1862 to 1864 in which he describes his experiences as a blacksmith for his regiment. He kept detailed records of items he made or repaired, the cost and for whom he made them. Stephen was mustered out on August 28, 1865 at Albany, N.Y.

Stukley Turner Seamans

Stukley Turner Seamans, son of James Turner Seamans, was seventeen when he enlisted in the 110th N.Y. Infantry, Co. B. He was discharged for disability on June 5, 1863 at New Orleans, La., Marine Hospital. Stukley later enlisted at Ellisburg, N.Y. in the 186th N.Y. Infantry Company C on September 7, 1864. He was mustered out with his company June 2, 1865 near Alexandria, Virginia.
